EU Inflation Rises 0.2% In January

Some good news for the euro this morning! Inflation has increased 0.2% to 2.4%, according to new CPI (Consumer Price Index) figures released today.

The numbers – released through Eurostat – indicate the changing price of goods and services. The slight increase for January could boost the euro.
